Products & Orders

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.

• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance due to manufacturing processes and screen settings.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and fitment information are accurate. However, we recommend verifying compatibility with your specific vehicle before ordering.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment until the order has been processed and shipped.

Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We accept PayPal payments and PayPal-supported credit/debit cards.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. Illinois residents will be charged the applicable Illinois sales tax rate.

In-Shop Services

Service appointments can be booked through our website or by calling (708) 371-8020. All service estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle condition and scope of work.

• A deposit may be required for certain services. Deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Completion times are estimates only. We strive to complete all work on time but cannot guarantee exact completion dates due to the custom nature of our services.
• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Extended Protection Plans

Extended protection plans are available for purchase at the time of product order or service completion. Plan terms, coverage, and pricing are detailed on our Protection Plans page. Protection plans are non-transferable unless the Elite plan is purchased. Claims must be submitted within the coverage period and are subject to review.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Don's Auto Interiors & Tops or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

User Accounts

You may create an account to track orders, save preferences, and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Contractor Applications

Individuals who apply to join our contractor network through the Careers page agree that all information submitted is accurate and truthful. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into our network. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Accepted contractors will be subject to additional agreements and terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Don's Auto Interiors & Tops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of products, or use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
